Four steps between landing and leaving
Confirm SDQ and your arrival date
Las Américas (SDQ) is at Punta Caucedo, east of Santo Domingo. It is not La Isabela (JBQ). Send the actual arriving flight, local date, destination, passengers and luggage.
Complete airport formalities
Follow airport instructions through immigration, baggage collection and customs. Keep required documents ready. Tell dispatch if bags, queues or assistance delay your exit.
Meet and verify the driver
Use the public-arrivals meeting instructions in your confirmation and look for your name sign. Verify the driver through your saved booking contact before handing over luggage.
Check the journey before departure
Confirm destination, luggage, requested child seats and any agreed stops. Road times are estimates. Taxes and tolls stated in the confirmed zone fare are included.
Read the full pickup instructions: How it works.

Guides
A workable SDQ business pickup: traveller brief, billing and repeat rides
Give the person travelling and the person arranging the ride one agreed itinerary, then resolve the payment paperwork before departure.
Paying your SDQ driver clearly: the fare first, a tip if you choose
A gratuity should be a personal decision after the agreed service, not a surprise part of the transport bill.
From SDQ to the right entrance: apartment and gated-property pickups
Turn an accommodation listing into instructions a vehicle can follow, including gate access, unloading and the return meeting point.
An item missing after your SDQ ride: identify the journey and arrange recovery
Give dispatch the details needed to check the right vehicle without exposing sensitive information or assuming delivery is included.
Your SDQ arrival timeline: landing, meeting the driver and reaching the hotel
Use a road estimate for the drive itself, then add airport formalities and the final approach to your actual accommodation.
Set your hotel pickup for SDQ: work back from the airline deadline
Keep checkout, road travel and airport formalities as separate appointments instead of using one optimistic drive time.
From SDQ transfer request to confirmation: booking early or after landing
Send a complete trip request and look for an accepted pickup plan, especially when availability or specialist equipment matters.
After-midnight SDQ arrivals: get the date, driver and room access right
The airport ride and the first night of your stay need separate confirmations, even when they happen on the same early morning.
Your SDQ-to-ship plan: identify Sans Souci or Don Diego before booking
The terminal, passenger entrance and boarding cutoff matter more than a generic Santo Domingo port pin.
Sort the details that matter before you fly
Know what happens after landing, how to verify your driver and how to contact dispatch if you cannot find your sign.
Meeting at SDQ →Send passenger and luggage counts and children’s ages before confirming the vehicle and child seats.
Families and luggage →Compare the complete vehicle price and calculate both legs before booking.
Clear prices →Questions
How much is an SDQ airport transfer?
Standard one-way prices include Boca Chica $25, Zona Colonial $35 and Bávaro $240, per vehicle for 1–6 passengers within confirmed capacity. Taxes and tolls are included.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle and direction. Children count toward capacity. On eligible local routes, a 7–14-passenger van adds $20 Standard or $40 VIP. Long-distance vans require a separate quote; confirm all passengers, bags and seats.
Where does the driver meet me?
In public arrivals after immigration, baggage and customs, with a name sign. Follow the latest instructions in your written booking and verify the driver through your saved dispatch contact.
What if my flight is late?
We track the booked flight and airline delays are covered under the published service. Tell dispatch about cancellations, rebookings or delays inside the terminal. The no-show terms specify 60 minutes after tracked landing when nobody appears and no message arrives.
Do you offer shared shuttles?
No. We sell private transfers for your party to the agreed address. Any additional stop or second destination must be confirmed with dispatch.
How do I pay?
Cash in USD or DOP to the driver, or bank transfer by arrangement. No prepayment is required to hold a booking. Confirm the amount, currency and payment timing in writing; this website has no card checkout.
Do you drive to Punta Cana, Samaná or Jarabacoa from SDQ?
Published Standard vehicle rates include Bávaro $240, Samaná/Las Terrenas $275 and Jarabacoa $180. Confirm capacity and availability. Long-distance vans and additional itinerary requirements need a separate quote. SDQ and PUJ are different airports.
Your flight. Your address. One clear plan.
Send both travel dates if you need a return. Include the exact hotel or villa, passenger count and bags. Dispatch will reply with the arrangement and total; wait for that confirmation before treating the ride as booked.
